Honey Iced Coffee
There is nothing better than a naturally sweetened iced coffee and this here is a must try recipe!
Serves/Makes:
1
Ingredients:
- - 2 shots of espresso
- - 2 tsps of PURITI Manuka Honey
- - Ice
- - Half and Half
Method:
- Melt the two teaspoons of honey in your espresso shots.
- Drizzle honey around the edge of your cup, then fill the cup with ice.
- Pour the sweetened coffee over the ice.
- Top with cream.
- Drizzle a little more honey on top to finish.
- Enjoy the cup of sunshine!
