Honey Lemon Cheesecake Mug Cake


For mug cake:

  • 15g flour 
  • 30g sweetened protein powder 
  • 1 egg white 
  • 5g chia seeds (optional)
  • 40g thick yogurt/applesauce/banana 
  • 5-10g PURITI Manuka Honey 
  • ½ tsp baking powder 
  • 5-8 tbsp water/milk
  • Lemon juice 

For filling 

  • 15-30g cream cheese 
  • Drop of honey 
  • A splash of water/milk/lemon juice 


  1. Preheat oven to 200°C
  2. Mix all the mug cake ingredients together
  3. Pour half the batter into an oven safe bowl 
  4. Mix all the all the filling ingredients together 
  5. Place the filling at the center of the bowl
  6. Pour the rest of the batter 
  7. Bake 15-20 minutes 
  8. Add toppings of your choice!
